Our UI/UX Designer plays a critical role in shaping user experiences through thoughtful interface design and research-driven insights. This position is responsible for translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, visually engaging, and accessible digital solutions. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of design principles with strong collaboration skills and a passion for solving complex user problems through elegant design. Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces across web and mobile platforms. Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. Apply user-centered design (UCD) methodologies through usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and design systems. Incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements. Maintain awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices. Stay current with UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements Experience & Education 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design. Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience working in data-driven environments; familiarity with data analytics is a plus. Design Skills Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Proven ability to design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Experience working with and maintaining design systems and component libraries. Tools & Technologies Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and other industry-standard design tools. Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. UX Research Knowledge of user research methodologies. Experience conducting and applying findings from: User interviews Usability testing Surveys Competitive analysis Collaboration & Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams. Open to feedback and iterative improvements. Soft Skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Empathy-driven design mindset. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage time and juggle multiple projects.
