Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented Production Manager / Sales Representative to join our team. This is a unique hybrid role where you’ll oversee daily production workflow and help grow our sales by building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are met. Oversee quality control for screen printing, embroidery, and finishing. Coordinate with production staff to streamline processes. Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide accurate quotes. Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business. Track orders from start to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist with inventory management and vendor ordering. Qualifications: Experience in screen printing, embroidery, or custom apparel production (preferred). Previous sales or account management experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
