We are looking for a visionary Principal Product Designer to help define the next generation of digital experiences that shape how financial professionals manage wealth.

Role Overview:

As our first Principal Product Designer, you will be a senior individual contributor who sets the design vision and strategy across our platform. You will tackle high-impact, complex design challenges, raise the bar for design quality, and serve as a thought partner to Product and Engineering leadership. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of wealth management experiences at scale.

The ideal candidate has deep expertise in both consumer and enterprise product design, and thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments. Experience in fintech, mobile applications, and AI-driven interfaces is highly desirable. Youll be hands-on with design execution, while also influencing design culture, systems, and cross-functional processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the design vision and direction for major product areas, ensuring a cohesive, scalable, and delightful user experience.
• Drive product discovery and strategy in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Lead high-impact design initiatives and tackle complex problems that shape the future of our platform.
• Create and maintain elegant, intuitive, and accessible design systems and patterns.
• Serve as a mentor and thought leader across the design team, elevating design standards and practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure design is aligned with user needs and company goals.
• Advocate for user-centered thinking at every level of the organization.
• Lead or participate in user research, testing, and synthesis to inform and validate design decisions.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to our design practice.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience designing digital products, with significant time in a senior IC or principal-level role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing complex, high-quality design work across platforms (web, mobile, responsive).
• Proven success designing both consumer and enterprise-grade products.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and usability.
• Strong expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience in fintech, AI-powered tools, or complex data-driven applications is a significant plus.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with an ability to influence without authority.
• A track record of working autonomously, managing ambiguity, and driving clarity and action.
• Passion for craft, detail, and pushing the boundaries of whats possible in product design.
