Family Medicine Opportunity - Located in Hartwell, GA - Atlanta 60m - Outpatient - Full-Time, permanent position - Comp range $225k-$285k depending on experience and special skills (language, in-office procedures, etc) - No ceiling on quarterly bonus, $10k mid level supervision stipend, per mid levelSummary: Provides direct patient care including diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of medical conditions. As part of a recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH), this position plays an active role on the care team to ensure delivery of coordinated, comprehensive, and high-quality care.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Elicit and record detailed medical histories using the EMR system Order, interpret, and oversee diagnostic tests and imaging Diagnose conditions and prescribe treatments, medications, and interventions Perform minor outpatient surgeries and procedures Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Refer patients to specialists as appropriate Educate patients on prevention, lifestyle modifications, and self-care Admit and manage hospitalized patients if required Supervise clinical care and components at assigned site Provide in-service training and back-up coverage for other locations Participate in health promotion initiatives and community outreach Represent the organization positively in community activities and events Attend local medical meetings and conferences Participate in the organization s Quality Assurance Program Serve on committees and cross-functional teams as needed Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities:Provide consultation, collaboration, and supervision to clinical support staff Qualifications:Thorough knowledge of modern techniques in examination, diagnosis, and treatment Extensive knowledge of current medical practices and guidelines Ability to perform physical tasks related to clinical care Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both patients and staff Demonstrated commitment to preventive medicine and patient education Education and Experience:Graduation from an accredited medical school and internship Completion of an approved residency program Board certification or eligibility required
