• Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in our software systems.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong cold calling abilities with a track record of successful lead generation.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
• Analytical mindset to assess market conditions and customer requirements.
• Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of market dynamics.
• Proficiency in using software tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
