🏗 Director of Construction – Commercial & Multi-Family | Columbus, OH

We’re partnering with a leading general contractor in Columbus, OH, seeking an experienced Director of Construction to lead and oversee their commercial and multi-family construction portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead multiple construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
• Manage project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff.
• Develop and implement strategies for project execution, resource allocation, and process improvement.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract compliance across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of accountability and safety.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of construction experience, preferably in commercial and multi-family sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, complex construction teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Based in or near Columbus, OH .
