Serving up the care – and career – you crave. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a Host at Cracker Barrel, you’ll greet our guests with a smile and the warm welcome Cracker Barrel is famous for. You’ll often be the first face our guests see, so you must have a “Pleasing People” attitude. From the host stand to the dining room, you’ll “serve up” hospitality while caring for our guests who are waiting for their table. Ensure that guests feel welcomed and cared for while they wait to be seated. Maintain wait times and keep an eye out for open tables. Exhibit teamwork by helping out as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

A pleasant, outgoing personality and a team attitude. A desire to provide the kind of service you enjoy when dining out. The ability to handle multiple tasks at once. No experience is necessary; we will teach you what you need to know!
